1155 Digital Weight Indicator Specially engineered for onboard use, the 1155 digital indicator is a versatile display designed to suit a variety of trucks from 17 tonne to 32 tonne GVW. AxleWatch Axle weights are displayed, alerting the driver to any axle overload infringement. Mounting Versatility The 1155 is suitable for DIN radio mount, dash mount or trailer mount. Packer Plate Shutdown For full control the packer plate shutdown system is linked to net payload making sure overloading is prevented. Key Switch Where the packer plate shutdown option is used, an overide key switch allows the compaction unit to be switched back on by an authorised person. Barrier Control Rear axles are susceptible to overloading. The intelligent barrier system drives the barrier and load forward to a safe position when the rear axles are near to maximum loading. CANbus has been developed specifically for trucks and is used extensively by the truck manufacturers as a versatile electronic system for vehicle management. Controller Area Network is a state-of-the-art method used to carry electronic information between electronic devices. It is a serial communication which reduces the traditional complex methods of sending and receiving data through cabling networks. Every few seconds the self-diagnostic signal pulses around the onboard weighing system immediately detecting and displaying any problems. This means loadcells can be grouped into pairs or sets to determine the exact position of the weight, giving load distribution information. Vishay PM WasteWeigh systems incorporate loadcells positioned between the container/body and the vehicle chassis. Weight loaded onto the vehicle is displayed by the in-cab 1155 Digital indicator and is represented by tare, gross and payload information. Printer options provide individual ticket printouts of loaded weight and delivered weight.
