Dynamic weighing

Vishay PM Onboard BinWeighII+ automatically identifies the bin and dynamically weighs the wheeled bin contents during the normal lifting cycle. Data is stored via several options whilst updating the system database with new customer waste transactions.

GPRS

General Packet Radio Service is a packet-based, wireless communication service for passing data over the mobile phone network. It has become known as ‘always-on data connection’ for GSM mobile phones. It sends packets of data collected by the equipment on the truck, back to base in ‘real time’. It can also be used for voice communications between the vehicle and base.

GPS

Global Positioning System lets the system know where the truck is physically located and can be displayed back at the base on electronic web mapping. Web-based vehicle tracking is more cost effective than user-specific maps and can be accessed by any PC linked to the internet.
